happy friday :) i've been counting down til' this one, because i am in nyc! i packed all my favorite sweaters that i've been saving up, and will be surrounded by loved ones for days straight. i feel so lucky.
here's one of my favorite outfits lately. Since it is still hot in florida i feel a little out of place in fall colors, so pastels it is! i adore pale orange and pale pink together, and had no idea until i held this blouse next to this skirt. my mom took these photos before we spent the day at the mall :) she doesn't treat herself to anything too often, so we went to j.crew and i helped her pick out a lot of cute things! she is in NY with me and will be wearing some of them, how fun!
i am off to a day of scoping out treasures for my store, then to long island to spend quality time with my auntie E & matty! check back tomorrow for a fun giveaway :)

I'm really loving all of the pink in your outfit paired with the brown!
First of all, that skirt is so much adorable! A fun coral color, lace details, a bow, and polka dots. It's got it all :)
Second, that shirt is very perfect for fall. The dusky pink color is so pretty and the I love the collar detail. Plus, it looks great all drapey and with the sleeves rolled up.
Lastly, THAT HAT! It's just so amazing!!! I can't get over it.
